The annual subscription package can be tailored to your needs. This package can include the following elements within the annual subscription cost.
3 full day visits per year with consultant.
The visits can be a mixture of full and half days. The agenda is created in advance and is tailored to the needs of your school. It can include a mixture of the bespoke packages as well as working with staff, SLT, lesson observations, work scrutiny, deep dives etc. Reports are included. Schools have expressed the valued, supportive relationship built through these visits.
Headteacher’s performance management.
The entire process is conducted by Ian, culminating in a full report on the headteacher’s performance management to be shared with the headteacher’s performance management governors. This is an important element within the 3 day sessions in the school year.
Complimentary News Update Service.
The news updates take the complex OFSTED and DFE publications and summarises them into key messages, implications and actions recommended to be taken by the school. Examples of previous TMS news updates are available on the website.
An Annual Conference and a Mid-year Conference
An annual conference and a mid-year conference has been added to the package without additional cost. They have been very successful and include guest speakers, good practice, OFSTED top tips and networking opportunities. See what members say on the Testimonials page.
Mentoring Service.
Opportunities to have 1-2-1 mentoring/support with Ian, who has successfully navigated his headteacher role in three very different schools. The mentoring support has been a highly valued element of Ian’s work with schools.
Liaison with Governors.
Where appropriate or needed, liaising directly with Governance to provide, support, advice, information and reassurance.
Analysis and report on the IDSR.
A report on the school’s IDSR as an optional, cost-free extra, with further analysis of the ASP if requested.
24/7 Online and Telephone Support.
Available 24/7 for any urgent support, for example, this might be guidance when OFSTED arrives or when managing a difficult situation. Support is available via telephone or online as part of this package.

OFSTED Support.
A visit to meet with the OFSTED inspector during the school’s inspection and /or at feedback. This provides an opportunity for external verification and opinion. Ian has done this regularly during inspections by OFSTED in schools that subscribe to the annual package.
Website Analysis.
Annual website analysis – includes analysis, report and recommendations.
There is flexibility to include other services.
